Easy Returns

Are you unhappy with a product? Have you received an incorrect product? If you have received a product that you are not 100% satisfied with, you may return the same to us for a replacement or a refund. Take advantage of our no-nonsense product return policy. Please ensure that your reason to return the product complies with one, or more of the following:

a) Coverking Products which are not customized may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, if the product is in new, resalable condition. Include your Coverking Store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.

b) If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then we will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal, our preferred gateway.

c) If the product does not match your requirements, or is defective, then the product can be returned for replacement with another product.

d) If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product, then we would replace it with the correct product. Please note that the labor cost for preparing the custom product will be charged.
